Certainly in a dynamic, complex world such as ours, in which developments take place at lightning speed, employees and their skills play an increasingly important role. There is more and more emphasis on the collective: changing together, learning together and leading together. Connection is key. Co-leadership and co-creation are valuable verbs: every team member plays a leading role at the right time, based on his or her own talent – with an eye on the common goal. For teams, organizations and individuals, it is possible to participate in the extensive Collective Leadership program. During the 3 x 3 day program you will learn to use the individual strength of each participant, but also the collective strength of the whole. During a period of 10 months you will go on an impactful three-day retreat three times . You work in a team on self-system and future awareness.
